Sam Steel is a Grade 10 Vimy Hockey High School student-athlete in the Hamilton/Fragle Group.
This spring, Sam was Vimy Hockey’s highest ever WHL draft pick when he was drafted 2nd Overall by the Regina Pats after netting 104 pts in 31GP in Bantam AAA.
Recently Sam, along with fellow Vimy Hockey student-athletes David Quenneville, Nolan Volcan and Donnan Hockey Campus Director Sean Beissel, was a part of Team Alberta at the U16 Western Canada Challenge Cup, where they took home Gold and Sam was named to the Tournament All-star team.
Sam Currently plays for the Sherwood Park Midget AAA Kings and at the time of writing, he has 15pts in 9GP.
