Vimy Lacrosse Harvest League 2016
The Vimy Lacrosse Harvest Lacrosse League is up and ready to start again with players from all over Edmonton are competing for the chance to play with friends and family. Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet, exciting to watch and entertaining for all ages.
The Harvest Lacrosse League has embarked on its 2nd season. Their mission is to continue to grow the game of lacrosse, by offering a place to play that is safe, fun and provides a learning environment for all that participate.
The season started last weekend at Vimy Ridge Academy. Games are one hour long and game days are consisted of 5 games a day. It will be an exciting match for the young stars to be able showcase their ability at the start of the year. The following weekend, the games will be held on Sunday September the 24th starting at 10:00am. All game throughout the season will be held at Vimy Ridge Academy.
The other competing teams will be a local Edmonton Team, the Edmonton Warriors Red and White and St. FX, as well as two Vimy teams, Vimy Black and Vimy Silver. These teams are all composed of talented lacrosse players that enjoy playing the game of lacrosse and wish to grow the game any way possible.
