What is the number one reason you enjoy being a part of The BJJ Program at Vimy?: My primary reason for enjoying the Jiu Jitsu program at Vimy would be the overwhelming amount of support and encouragement that all of the highly skilled instructors radiate onto each and every student, no matter the belt or experience level. Brazilian Jiu jitsu takes so much time and effort to even begin to perfect -as it challenges both the mind and body; therefore, without such fantastic coaches that continue to drive you to be a better you on and off the mats, enjoying such a complex sport would be extremely difficult. In this program the coaches teach you more about your limits and how to become confident in a sport that relishes in the uncomfortable. Joining this program has been the best decision of my life and I know for a fact that it would have been extremely difficult for me to continue if I didn’t have the support and the vast knowledge that each and every instructor provides! They have done so much for my family and I and that is why the BJJ program at Vimy is in my opinion the best in the school! It is also fun to learn new ways to beat someone up – strictly for self defence of course 😉
