Jeff is the longest-serving member of the AAD team, with a tenure that began in 1998 at Donnan School in the hockey program. His exceptional work as a lead instructor at Donnan and Vimy Hockey led to his role as Executive Director, a position he has held since 2003.
Jeff is deeply committed to the belief that “Academic Training” and “Physical Training” must be equal partners in the development of student-athletes. This philosophy has been validated by the many students who have thrived at Vimy Ridge and Donnan. Jeff continues to champion the vision of a “Fit for Life” campus, dedicated to serving the diverse needs of student-athletes across various sporting disciplines.
