Ms. Ilkiw completed her education at the University of Alberta where she obtained a Bachelors of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education. She grew up dancing, as well as playing other recreational sports, and has furthered her training by becoming a member of Viva Dance Company. Ms. Ilkiw is thrilled to be back joining the Sportfit program again this year. Although she has taught for Vimy Dance for many years previously, this marks her third year teaching academics and other sport programming at the school. Away from teaching, Ms. Ilkiw enjoys travelling, being outdoors and staying active. You will likely find her paddle boarding on the river, cross-country skiing, or running through the river valley in her free time.
